This Project was completed in accordance with the Capital Works Management Frame work for public contracts. The project is similar to the works proposed with between and 1 and 20 Units. All cost planning and tender documentation was issued using the approved templates. All tender reporting to the client also use the CWMF templates. Cost Plan Development and Review, Pricing Document Preparation,Tender Documentation Preparation and Issue, Contract Placement Documentation,Post Contract Cost Monitoring and Reports, Projected Final Accounts, Final Account Negotiation and Agreement.
